This $3.8M, six-month dorm project at the heart of campus involved renovating over 75,000 square feet, including updating 240 resident rooms and revitalizing the corridors, community bathrooms, vestibule, reception and kitchenette.

This living-learning community was revamped to serve as the hub for support, success and connections among Broncos in the aviation program.
