SOPREMA Chem Link

Miller Davis served as the construction manager for SOPREMA Chem Link’s $12 million Schoolcraft, Michigan renovation and expansion project, enhancing the facility’s functionality and aesthetics. The project included a 54,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal addition, accommodating expanded manufacturing operations and new loading docks.

At the front of the facility, a complete façade replacement and the construction of a new entry and lobby modernized the building’s appearance and improved visitor access. The interior upgrades featured an expanded break room and extensive office remodeling, creating a more efficient and comfortable workspace.

Designed with growth in mind, the expansion incorporates infrastructure for two future phases, allowing SOPREMA Chem Link to scale operations seamlessly as demand increases. This project reflects Miller Davis’ commitment to delivering flexible, high-quality solutions that support long-term business growth.
