RAYMOND JAMES

Raymond James is a financial services company that works with individuals, corporations and municipalities. Miller Davis served as the construction manager for their new building, located in Portage, Michigan’s Woodbridge Hills development.

The new $1.09 million wood-framed, 5,500-square-foot office building houses 12 offices, conference rooms, a lobby and common spaces. The exterior is highlighted with masonry details, exterior lighting, and landscaping. The lobby’s vaulted ceiling creates an open and welcoming environment as you enter the building.

Miller Davis also self-performed the finished carpentry for this project.
