EASTERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY

Wise Hall, a residence hall that holds over 300 students, has undergone $10 million in improvements. The residence hall is home to two Living-Learning & Theme Communities: The Marching Band Community and the Sustainability Community. Upgrades to the facility focused on common areas, student rooms and restrooms.

The multi-phased renovation project included adding air conditioning, electrical system modernization, new furnishings, new flooring, replacing all windows, updating the exterior veneer and a new security system, among other things.
