Miller-Davis Company is pleased to announce that it has been selected to provide construction management services for Western Michigan University's (WMU) $60 million New Sangren Hall Project.

The project will be a newly constructed 214,000 square foot, four story building and will seek LEED Gold certification. The New Sangren Hall building, housing the College of Education and Human Development and the Department of Sociology, will contain large lecture halls, student services, classrooms, faculty offices, a Media Center, research centers, clinics, and supporting elements. The project designer is SHW Group and construction is expected to begin fall 2010.
